I'm very thankful for the help that I have received during the home buying process. Michael showed me and my family great communities that were located in areas that we desired to be in. He made sure that he was aware of what we were looking for in a home and showed us just that. He is always available to answer questions. There is no question to big or small to ask and we always get a speedy response. Michael is very knowledgeable about the new home building process and assured that each step of the process was done properly. He continuously checked on the progression of the home and sent us updates to keep us in the loop about the new stages. Let me start off by saying Micheal was our second realtor we worked with. We had to let go of our first realtor because of slow responses and little communication that led us to losing a house for sale. Micheal was reccomend through a group on facebook my wife follows, and we are so glad we found him. Michael is very knowledgeable when it comes to the steps of buying a house, and how to look for issues on a potential house. He is very responsive to calls and texts, and always has an answer, even if he has to find it for you. I am a first time home buyer and am in the process of closing on the property. None of this would have been possible without Michael guiding us through the steps very patiently! I feel that he has the customer in mind, and will not steer you into buying a property he would not buy himself. He even offers tips on how to make some minor repairs on potential houses that seem complicated, but are actually done fairly easily. You can buy with confidence with Michael by your side!
